Can I change my order size or material after an order has been placed?

As long as you contact fast and inform us before we start the process of making your order, it's possible. Changing material can affect on the price which we can contact and give you more information regarding that.
How the models are made?

All our models are custom made and handmade with high quality. We spend time to prepare a high quality product for each customer separately.
What type of materials we use to make models?

We use: Brass, Bronze, solid Silver 925, solid Gold 10K, solid Gold 14K, solid Gold 18K Depends on your budget you have a big variaty of materials to choose from. Please pay attention some materials like brass and bronze can have some affect on the skin because of the amount of copper. It's harmless, but it can leave a green area on your skin which can be washed off. We suggest to choose better mateials like Silver 925 or even better solid Gold.
How the orders would be shipped to clients?

We ship orders worldwide with FedEX Express and Global Express with tracking number to the address clients provide in their orders.
